Had a dent happen while on vacation and googled where to go. This was the first one that came up so I called and went right over to see them. When we got there JR met me with a smile and a hand shake. He looked at the dent which I know was going to be tricky because it was on a seam. He asked how it happened and I said I think it was from maybe a door or we just went through a car wash. He said from what he sees it's probably from the carwash. He was honest and wrote an estimate for the repair since we were from out of town and it would take about half a day to fix. If we lived in the area I would highly recommend JR and his team to fix it.
